Our Founder

Rev. Angela Jumpa is the president of Worldwide Evangelistic Missionary Ministries Church (WEMMY), founded in the Bronx, New York. She is a licensed Chaplain, Motivational Speaker, and Christian Counselor that now reaches out to families in Wichita, Kansas. She has dedicated her life to the service of the Lord and the salvation of families for His kingdom.

She has her roots in the Dominican Republic. In the trajectory of her childhood she experienced every kind of poverty, abuse, and neglect; traumatic circumstances left a real weight of pain, shame, and fear. Through it all, God found a way to plant seeds of hope into her heart at the age of four. A neighboring Christian lady began to teach her about the love of God and his ways of peace. Little by little, those seeds began to grow, to one day bear glorious fruits.

Compassion towards other children of similar backgrounds, led her to want to work with them. She continued to connect with underprivileged children into her youth and adulthood. 

Her international and local missions have allowed the restoration of many children and their families. She is also the wife of a devoted husband, a mother to three beautiful children, and a spiritual parent to countless more.

She is a witness to the love, forgiveness, and restoration in Jesus Christ. Come, taste, and see that the Lord is good! Blessed are all who take refuge in Him (Psalm 34:8).
